FIFTH AVENUE

Just when you almost got used to seeing me wearing dressy looks, I almost got bored and decided to do something different. Well, truth to be told, I found this challenge where I had to style pieces from H&M to enter a contest, so I thought why not! I haven't been in an H&M store in ages! And at first I was looking to go online and order something, but there are a few brands I'd rather go in and see it with my own eyes, looking for quality and a good finish. Something we can't take for granted in fast fashion.

If you've been reading for a while now, you know that I like to shop for luxury when it comes to key pieces from my favourite designers. But one thing I will always check at Asos and Zara are current trends to play with. I love the fact that we can join all parties and have fun without having to make a statement. And by the moment the trend is gone I am so OK with not wearing it anymore. I am constantly renovating my closet and trying different styles. If it looks polished and clean and feels refreshing, I will most definitely wear it. I don't like to go all out and crazy, but far enough to feel fresh and new.

About the look, today I am wearing these dungarees I found at H&M, the easiest thing to put on, on a casual day. Now that I look at it, it seems that my main mood while dressing up, was this sort of Fifth Harmony / Ariana Grande style. I've been on a hunt for the perfect dungarees, and these are not my last stop, they might be light blue denim, and perhaps less short than these. Although they matched my converse and my newest 3.1 Phillip Lim, that I've been wearing incessantly along with the Faye.
