Still on our first day in Paris, I had the pleasure to come to Madame Iris Apfel Exhibition at Le Bon Marché. I was not sure what to expect, so I decided either way to go comfortable as I had spent the entire day crossing the city in high boots. My feet are still recovering from Paris! Plus, as I still haven't got used to the cold on this first day, so I kept this big pink coat on for a long time (till my face started feeling as it would match the colour of the coat) The choice of the velvet culottes was quite random to be honest. I would probably go with leather pants instead if I had given it a bit more thought.

The event itself was nice, Bon Marché is such a pleasure to walk around with its beautiful displays. Chloe and Gucci are just by each other and I found myself gravitating towards both of them every time. There were drinks and champagne and some nice smoked salmon appetisers and french cheese. The only thing I can't get over with is the fact that: 1. I love champagne; 2. I was in Paris during 10 days; 3. I did not have a single glass of champagne while I was there! I was so close though..

We did not wait for Iris Apfel as it was getting quite late, and we had to get up early the next day for another show. So we left. It was no doubt a very well organised event, we were probably among the youngest in the event but it was still quite fun for us.
