I got this coat from Yoins almost a week ago. Imagine the thrill of receiving a red coat on the mail. If you follow me on Instagram you probably have noticed how I love to add a touch of red now and then. Would be hard to avoid it, because let's say.. the apartment I live now matches my feed - not 100% but pretty much!
Although this look is a bit more minimal in terms of shape, pattern and accessories (staying practical is crucial in the busiest days), I have been on a hunt for unique key pieces to add to my portable closet (which will be, of course, coming with me to Paris). Found the perfect pair of ankle boots which I am very excited to start wearing, they're quite unique! Another favourite is this nice 70's suede leather jacket in mustard brown. Will take some photos of them to show you on Instagram, before I start making some looks.
About the look, even though my mom is not an advocate of me wearing leggings, she's the one to blame since I got these from her closet! :) The top I had it since that interview for Stradivarius MagBlog. Paired it with super high truck sole boots from Zara, and the long red coat. When I put this outfit together I had in mind the coat, to make it look casual I stood with all black under. The tight clothing with the gap between top and bottom made the outfit look lighter. And finally the boots to extend the legs and gave it that cool unique touch.
