If you've been sensing it, I'm here to tell you that it's true - our childhood friend corduroy is having a comeback. I had countless skirts and pink dungarees and my brothers had the green trousers, so classy. My mom was good at keeping up with it back then.
This trend is coming straight from the runway, it will be a matter of how well it's going to pick up. Prada, Nina Ricci, and Marc Jacobs were just a few that came through with the corduroy essentially in every color and form. From jackets to bottoms, to accessories..
The shops are already diving in as Winter approaches, I even found a version of the Brixton hat in corduroy and some velcro sneakers. The favorite element seems to be the pink jacket that at this very moment can be acquired at Mango, Topshop, BDG and Asos just to name a few.
