Being in the fashion week sort of mentality, is definitely doing good to my creativity in therms of style. I had these pieces in my closet from previous outfits (except from the fedora and the coat) but this time they looked different to me.

If you have been here for a while, you know how easily I get bored with clothing and want to move on to the next thing. One of the reasons I like Zara and online marketplaces. One to shop for short-lasting trends and the other to sell them. I have a big chunk of my closet now on Friends Clothing. and I am considering joining other online marketplaces in UK soon, after Paris Fashion Week. I have so many things with the tag still on, I could easily open my own shop! (I wish I was kidding!) So although I reduced the size of my closet, I have this room with clothing I don't want to look at on a daily basis.

So, going in and looking at it in a different way, has been refreshing. We live so emerged in the fast-side of fashion we forget that things can be looked at in many ways, and that clothing deserves maybe a bit more love and attention, even if it is not from a big label.  And let me just say that both dress and blouse have been in my closet for a while, even though I am sure I have worn both, less than the total equivalent of a week!

I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way. And I kind of wish things were a bit more like 100 years ago like my grandma lived. Where you would purchase fabrics and get clothing done for you (or you would do it yourself) or you could purchase at a shop. But each piece was unique, high quality and very well loved, than would then last for years.
