PARIS FASHION WEEK 2017 DAY1

What a way of starting Fashion Week in Paris. 8AM with a light breakfast at the hotel. Took me an hour to get that eyeliner perfect. Sometimes it takes 2 minutes, but somehow that morning I couldn’t make a straight line. Maybe it was that hotel coffee. I was so sleepy if you can’t tell.

Thankfully the outfits were planned in advance. Mainly because I just don’t overpack. Two cabin bags are more than enough for 5 days in Paris, even when changing clothes between shows and going to parties. If you don’t believe it, you need to watch the vlogs. Packing skills run in the family (except my older brother.. he’s a disaster) and these last few years have been the best practice to the skill.

Fashion week this year started with Paskal at 10AM at the Galerie Nikki Diana Marquardt. Loved the collection. Colour, volume, very girly feminine and elegant. You can watch the show here. Or on the vlog - Paris Fashion Week Ep. 2.

About the look, I am wearing these magenta trousers. A blend between cigarette and joggers. Not my favorite bottoms but hey, I shopped last minute on a Sunday, I guess online shopping has its risks. The t-shirt is from the upcoming collection launching this month. The boots you already know, you will see them a lot on my PFW looks. The hat ends you becoming part of my Paris experience, might have worn it every single day. The jumper I never really ended up wearing. It was just too hot in Paris (and venues) to even try. Finished the look with the Armani, a favorite in my closet, got it a few years ago - mom's gift. Still looks just as perfect as the day I got it. The reason why I’d never buy handbags from “fast fashion”. Also the reason I don’t shop for a thousand handbags every season. A few key bags will make it up season after season.
