How many days of your life have you wasted rumbling and tumbling down the streets, stressing and running in order to get on time, to not miss something or just to be there because it was required, you promised.

Look around. There’s so much you’re missing.
The lady next to you, the amazing buildings and the beautiful little creatures.
Another year goes by and you missed the leafs falling and the flowers blooming.
Always preparing for the future, you have no time to live the present, you anticipate and prepare, anticipate and prepare, anticipate and prepare..
You might be always ready and do it perfectly, but you do it so perfectly you don’t even appreciate it now, the technicality killed it. You’re suppose to play and have time, but every minute counts and you take it too seriously.
So driven for success by comparing yourself with others, you feel like you’re falling behind and the time you have is never enough.. if you had another day in the week you would use it to prepare even more hoping to get ahead.
Look around, the walls that surround you in that room, feel their texture and feel gratitude for those walls, they are protecting you. Look at your feet, you’re shoes are keeping your feel safe from harm or injury and warming them up!
Everyone around you, see the good in them, stop and appreciate those human beings around you that like you enough to make plans with you and care to ask if you are doing well.
Appreciate every single thing in your life, from a sheet of paper to your friend’s car, that although it’s not yours it has taken you home many times, securely and comfortably.
Feel happy for others when they win something that they really wanted, feel their joy, know that there is enough for all of us and trust that you part is constantly coming. You know it is. You don’t see it?
